Description

The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) General Counsel division is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced individuals to serve as special education mediators and facilitators within a master contract program to provide Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. Multiple master contracts will be awarded to qualified responders who will be placed on a roster of pre-qualified vendors. Work will be assigned based on agency needs through work order contracts. Responses must be submitted via the SWIFT eSupplier portal, and responders should plan for system downtime from August 27 to August 31, 2026.
