Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that Yuan Long Stainless Steel Corporation sold certain stainless steel plate in coils from Taiwan at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Commerce is rescinding this review, in part, with respect to 71 companies due to no suspended entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
