The City of Surrey is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified organizations to design, build, finance, construct, and operate new sports facilities at Princess Margaret Park. The project aims to improve sports field capacity in the Newton area by constructing a FIFA-standard artificial turf sports field, upgrading LED sports field lighting, and building a fieldhouse facility with changerooms, washrooms, and optional office or flex space. The City may provide a suitable site and is open to sustainable business models that do not require capital or ongoing operating contributions from the City.
