Description

The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is inviting public comments on proposed revisions to an information collection. This collection includes several forms that enable the Monitoring and Compliance Bureau (MCB) and Unaccompanied Alien Children Bureau (UACB) to monitor UACB-funded care provider facilities for compliance with federal and state laws, licensing and accreditation standards, ORR policies, and child welfare standards. The request involves adding nine new instruments, discontinuing obsolete instruments, and revising currently approved instruments. The goal is to improve monitoring effectiveness and align with new compliance standards.
