Description

The United States International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on small vertical shaft engines from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The Commission found the domestic interested party group response adequate and the respondent interested party group response inadequate, leading to expedited reviews. Written comments from interested parties are due by September 23, 2026, with specific rules governing submissions. The Commission has also extended the review period by up to 90 days due to the complexity of the reviews.
