This notice announces the establishment of an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to preside over the proceeding concerning NuFuels, Inc.'s request to renew its source and byproduct materials license for the Crownpoint Uranium Project In-Situ Recovery Facility in McKinley County, New Mexico. The renewed license would authorize operation of the facility, which has not yet been constructed, for 20 years beyond the approval date.
