The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain producers/exporters of organic soybean meal from India for the period of review January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. The review includes a partial rescission for 88 companies that withdrew their requests for review. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review process includes disclosure, verification, and the opportunity for public comment and hearings.
