Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Okechamp B.V. did not make bona fide sales of certain preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands during the period of review from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. As a result, Commerce intends to rescind the antidumping duty administrative review with respect to the sole respondent, Okechamp. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review was initiated following timely requests and involved analysis of sales quantity, price, and other circumstances surrounding the sale.
