Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that sales of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium were made at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. A preliminary determination of no shipments was made for several NLMK Belgium companies, and the review is being rescinded in part for one company. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
