Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to certain producers and exporters of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from the Republic of Korea during the period of review January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Commerce is also rescinding this review with respect to 54 companies that had no reviewable entries during the period. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
