Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain corrosion inhibitors from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to a U.S. industry. As a result, Commerce is publishing a notice to continue these AD and CVD orders effective August 4, 2026. The scope covers tolyltriazole and benzotriazole in all forms and grades, including their sodium salt forms, and mixtures where these components comprise 5 percent or more by dry weight.
