Description
Sealed bids are requested for bridge repairs and preservation work for the Westmoreland County Department of Public Works. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller by 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Bid documents, including drawings and specifications, will be available on the Westmoreland County website starting August 10, 2026. A certified check or bid bond of 10% of the total bid is required with the submission. The project is subject to Executive Order 11246 for equal employment opportunity and Pennsylvania Department of Labor wage requirements. PA DOT prequalification of bidders and subcontractors is required.
