Description

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide Aruba hardware, software, maintenance and support services, and specialized technical services on an as-needed basis to support TTC Information Technology Services operations, infrastructure, and future technology requirements. The successful supplier will provide Aruba networking and related technology products, manufacturer support services, software maintenance, hardware replacement services, and specialized technical expertise for activities such as planning, design, deployment, installation, security advisory services, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and wireless technology support. Deliverables may include currently identified Aruba products as well as new or replacement technologies introduced during the contract term. The contract is anticipated to be for an initial three-year term, with TTC holding the option to extend the agreement for up to two additional one-year periods.
