Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Loan Programs (DAFLP) hereby issues this Notice of Intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price contract/purchase order. The Government intends to negotiate exclusively with the vendor identified to secure integrated hotel lodging rooms and compliant training facility spaces. This acquisition is being conducted as a sole-source action under the simplified procedures for commercial products and services in accordance with FAR Part 12<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->. Under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul, commercial publicizing and simplified streamlined procedures are fully managed under FAR 12.201-1<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->. The contracting officer has determined that the unique circumstances of this acquisition justify a single-source award beneath the simplified threshold.
DAFLP requires a single, fully integrated venue capable of simultaneously housing attendees and providing dedicated classroom training facilities for an essential in-person training event in September 2026.
