BC Housing Management Commission is seeking proposals for residential plumbing and HVAC repair, inspection, and maintenance services in the Interior Region of British Columbia. - Government Buyer: - BC Housing Management Commission - Service Areas: - Area 3: Grand Forks, Trail, Castlegar - Area 4: Nelson, Cranbrook - Scope of Work: - Residential plumbing system maintenance and repair - HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) construction, repair, inspection, and maintenance - General building and facility maintenance and repair - Proposal Requirements: - Bidders may submit for one or both service areas - Must be able to service all communities and buildings within selected area(s) - Completion of Area(s) Bid tab in pricing form is mandatory - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contract will be awarded per service area - Comprehensive coverage of all locations within chosen area(s) is required

Description

This solicitation is a Negotiated Request for Proposal (BPS) issued by BC Housing Management Commission for residential plumbing and HVAC repair, inspection, and maintenance services. The services are required for various locations in BC Housing's Interior Region, divided into two service areas: Area 3 (Grand Forks, Trail, Castlegar) and Area 4 (Nelson, Cranbrook). Proponents may bid on any or all service areas and must be able to provide services to all communities and buildings within the service area(s) they submit for. The contract will be awarded per service area.
