This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) seeks to procure a shared cryogenic magneto-optical spectroscopy platform for low-temperature, magnetic-field-dependent optical studies of quantum sensing and quantum materials. The system will support experiments such as magneto-optical Kerr rotation, photoluminescence, Raman scattering, reflectance and transmission spectroscopy, pump-probe spectroscopy, and optical measurements of quantum emitters. It will enable rapid sample exchange, automated temperature and field sweeps, safe user training, and reliable operation in a multi-user research environment.
