Description
The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) FA4659-26-R-0002 for a commercial service of Protective Coatings Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract at Grand Forks AFB. The contractor is to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials (other than those specified as furnished by the Government), and supervision necessary to perform Protective Coatings Indefinite Delivery Requirements Contract, in accordance with the Satement of Work.
A formal solicitation will be issued on or around 24 August 2026. The solicitation will result in a single, Firm-Fixed Price contract. The contract will be awarded with a total period of performance of a 5-year ordering period, plus a 6-month extension option.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, and the small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside.
A formal RFP will be issued via sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking sam.gov to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
