Description

This solicitation is for the development of a bi-directional software CDS guard for Navy aircraft and ships. The system must run on small, modular, affordable computer systems with PCIe interfaces and meet hardware requirements including a 10-core processor, 64 GB DDR5 RAM, 2 TB SSD, and multiple I/O ports. The software must support rapid rule set updates, data parsing up to 100 Mbps, and data logging. The work in Phase II may become classified, and contractors must be U.S. owned and operated with no foreign influence and capable of handling classified information.
