Description
The County of San Diego is seeking bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 380 for C-20 Mechanical Contractors License. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or other repetitive work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The contract includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices, and ordering is accomplished by issuance of Job Orders against the contract. The successful offeror will provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work and must use the Simplebid Unit Price Book and software for pricing and proposals.
