Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) 379 for C-20 Mechanical Contractors License. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The contract includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices, and ordering is accomplished by issuance of Job Orders against the contract. The contract term is for one year or until the maximum contract value of $5,000,000 is expended, whichever occurs first.
