Description

The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division (Corona Division) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have an interest and capability to provide LGC Standards (or equivalent) VHG-PCMTD-5-500 PARTICLE COUNT VERIFICATION FLUID in accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Description (PD) / Statement of Work (SOW).

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 325199.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the Draft PD/SOW.

Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Julia Hunt, at julia.m.hunt3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 10:00 PT on 08/14/2026. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426726Q4225 in the subject line.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
