The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) is seeking proposals for an online instructional software platform to support English Learners (ELs) from Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 6. The platform should be research-based, standards-aligned, and emphasize active oral language production, meaningful interaction, differentiated instruction, and measurable language growth. Proposals must be submitted via the district's OpenGov portal by August 5, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The contract term is initially one year with up to four additional one-year extensions possible.
