Description

The Authority is seeking proposals from law firms to provide comprehensive legal services on an as-needed basis regarding non-payment of rent and unlawful detainer cases. Services include reviewing notices for legal validity, preparing pleadings, filing and serving summons, court representation, providing updates and reports, and advising on case documentation and policies. The contract has an initial term of one year with four optional renewals, totaling up to five years.
