Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC) from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of inmate communications solutions. The contract will cover a turnkey system to operate and maintain a web-based fully hosted and centralized inmate communications system for all ODOC facilities. The system includes components such as officer tablets, inmate telephone systems, kiosks, tablets, data processing and AI-enabled analysis systems, cell phone detection and jamming, drone detection, digital intelligence collection, and inmate digital mail services. The contract may be designated for use as a statewide contract and includes provisions for compliance with ODOC policies, integration with existing systems, and comprehensive asset inventory and software updates.
