Description

The Housing Authority of the County of Marin (MHA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide on-call residential unit cleaning services at various MHA-owned and managed properties. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type with a maximum value of up to $245,000 across all contracts and an initial term of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. Services include cleaning for resident move-outs, maintenance, emergency events, and other operational needs at both HUD-funded and non-HUD funded properties.
