Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals for grade widening, reconstruction/realignment, grading base and paving work along Highway 53 to Township Road 440 and beyond. The scope includes preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post construction, and warranty inspection. This RFP is limited to three short-listed proponents: ROHI Engineering Ltd., ISL Engineering and Land Services Inc., and WSP Canada Inc. Proposals must be submitted in two parts via email by September 8, 2026.
