Description
The City of Lake Forest is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced vendors for towing and storage services for bicycles and electric bicycles that have been found in violation of the Lake Forest Municipal Code and/or the California Vehicle Code. The contractor will be responsible for all phases of call response, towing, storage, and release of electric bicycles. Towing services shall be available 24/7, and the contractor will collect all fees associated with towing and storage from individuals who have had their electric bicycles towed. Services will be provided on an on-call, as-needed basis with no guarantee of work volume.
