The City of Trenton is soliciting proposals for engineering services to prepare a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP), Drainage Control Plan (DCP), Drainage Control Map (DCM), and provide NJDEP Stormwater Compliance Services related to the Wood Waste Recycling and Leaf Composing Permit NJPDES#NJG0358703/PIID# 1060973. The contract period is for one year. Proposals must be submitted by August 19, 2026, and a virtual proposal opening will be held on the same day via Zoom.
