Description

The County of Louisa and the Louisa County Public Schools are seeking qualified firms to provide benefit consulting services. The scope includes assistance with benefit design, bidding and evaluation, contract negotiation, ongoing evaluation and plan modification, compliance and reform education and maintenance, and other services to maintain a competitive benefits program. The contract period is from October 20, 2026, through October 19, 2027, with the possibility of three successive one-year renewals. Proposals are due by September 1, 2026, at 3:30 PM local prevailing time.
