The City of Millbrae is seeking proposals from qualified parking operators to provide a comprehensive on- and off-street paid parking solution. This includes revenue collection, parking enforcement, and permit management. The selected contractor must deliver and enforce a fully integrated system that is intuitive, accessible, and offers multiple payment options. The contractor will also manage all vendors needed to meet contract requirements and ensure user and parking data confidentiality.
