The City of Hollywood intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract for Vactor Repairs and Parts with Environmental Products Group, Inc. This procurement is justified under the City Code Section 38.41 (C) (2) as Environmental Products Group, Inc is the sole source in Florida for Environsight, LLC equipment and software. The contract is anticipated to cost $200,000.00 and is not a competitive bid.
