Description

This solicitation is for the construction of 8 units of affordable housing in 2 one-story slab-on-grade buildings of 4 units each. The work includes constructing the remaining infrastructure, building foundations, building structures, driveways, parking, and all remaining project work. Initial site preparation work will have been completed before this phase starts. The project plans detail all work needed, including site work already completed and not in the current scope. Sheet C1 describes the current project scope.
