Midland Independent School District (MISD) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to furnish custom letterman jackets and additional award patches for students participating in athletics, fine arts, Career and Technical Education (CTE), academic programs, and other approved extracurricular activities. The contract includes providing labor, materials, equipment, artwork, production, embroidery, customization, packaging, transportation, and delivery of letterman jackets and recognition items. Vendors must submit pricing and samples, and the contract term is one year with options to renew for two additional years. The district intends to award contracts to multiple vendors based on cost savings and value.
