Iowa DAS Fleet Services is seeking bids from dealerships to establish a fixed percentage rate above the Triple Net Invoice, including Government Incentives, for truck and cab chassis. The contract will cover the manufacturer's entire line of truck and cab chassis and will also establish a per mile rate for delivery. Awarded vendors must provide an itemized Triple Net Invoice for each vehicle, which will be reviewed by DAS Fleet before issuing a purchase order. The contract term begins October 1, 2026, and expires September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for one additional year. This bid is exempt from state sales tax.
