METRO RTA is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms and legal service providers to establish a pool of firms capable of providing legal counsel, advisory services, and representation. The scope includes governance responsibilities, business operations, and compliance obligations to the Governing Board. Expertise is sought in areas such as General Legal Counsel, Board Governance, Labor and Employment, Human Resources, Employee Relations and Negotiations, Facilities and Construction, Real Estate, Public Contracting, and Litigation. The contract term is three years with two additional one-year options.
