The U.S. Air Force at Scott Air Force Base is seeking comprehensive maintenance services for Carrier chillers and associated Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) at building B1900. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Scott Air Force Base - 375th Contracting Squadron (FA4407 375 CONS LGC) - OEMs and Vendors: - Carrier (OEM for chillers) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance for three Carrier 19XRV centrifugal chillers (part number: Carrier 19XRV) - Maintenance for two Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) - Comprehensive scheduled and emergency maintenance, including: - Firmware updates - Leak checks - Lubrication - Vibration analysis - Condenser tube cleaning - Vacuum cleaning and tightening of VFD components - Detailed service reporting - All labor, tools, and materials (excluding refrigerant) - Work performed by Carrier-certified HVAC technicians - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Maintenance must follow Carrier factory standards - Strict adherence to safety and environmental compliance - Contractor must provide detailed maintenance reports - Period of performance is one base year with four option years, totaling up to five years
