The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota is seeking quotations for specialized field equipment to support operations in Colombia. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Department of State - U.S. Embassy Bogota, INL Procurement Unit - Products Requested: - 65 sets of extra-large portable bunk camping cots (each set includes 2 cots) - Heavy-duty, indoor/outdoor use, 500 lb weight capacity per cot, black alloy steel, easy assembly, includes carry bags - Vendors must submit product samples for technical evaluation - 16 portable industrial HVAC systems for modular tents - 40,000 BTU cooling/heating, dual air distribution ducts, 208V single-phase, remote thermostat, aluminum structure with wheels, reinforced for rough terrain, max weight 270 kg - Services Requested: - Transportation and delivery service in Bogota, Colombia, including consolidation, loading, and unloading - Partial deliveries may be allowed with prior approval - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All items must include at least a one-year warranty with local support in Colombia - Warranty repairs must have a 48-hour response time - All items will be donated to the Government of Colombia - Product samples are required for technical evaluation - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated, allowing for competition among qualified manufacturers of camping cots and portable HVAC systems.

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the  acquisition of CAMPING COTS &  PORTABLE HVAC.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16136761 no later than August 26, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
