The U.S. Embassy Bogota's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) is seeking quotations for a large-scale procurement of power and hand tools to be donated to the Government of Colombia. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota, INL Procurement Unit - Products Requested: - Brushless cordless drill sets (DeWalt XR 20volt Max or equivalent): 100 units - Cobalt drill bit sets (Milwaukee RED HELIX 29-piece or equivalent): 150 sets - Cobalt twist drill bits (DeWalt 1/8-in x 6-in or equivalent): 300 units - Extra-long cobalt drill bits (1/4-in shank, 12-in length): 40 units - Brushless cordless angle grinder sets (DeWalt XR 4.5-in 20 Max or equivalent): 160 sets - 4.5-in Zirconia grinding wheel sets (DeWalt 240 4-pack or equivalent): 40 sets - 20V Max Lithium-Ion Cordless Brushless 6-1/2 in. Circular saw sets (DeWalt DCS565 or equivalent): 40 sets - 6-1/2in 24T Carbide-tipped circular saw blades: 3 sets (2 blades per set) - OEMs Highlighted: - DeWalt (power tools, drill bits, grinders, saws, blades) - Milwaukee (drill bit sets) - Notable Requirements: - All products must be new, meet or exceed specified technical standards, and be equivalent to the referenced OEM models - Delivery required within 60 days of award - Minimum one-year warranty valid in Colombia, with vendor support and replacement obligations - Products must be properly marked and packaged for donation to the Government of Colombia

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the  acquisition of POWER AND HAND TOOLS.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16162088 no later than August 21, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
