Whatcom County Public Works Equipment Services Division is seeking bids for the purchase of one new trailer-mounted hydromulcher to be used by the Whatcom County Maintenance & Operations Division. Sealed bids will be received until 2:30 PM on August 25, 2026, at the Whatcom County Courthouse in Bellingham, Washington. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud live via Zoom. Award will be made to the lowest and/or best bidder, and Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities.
