City of Elgin Employee Engagement Survey and Analysis Services

The City of Elgin Human Resources Department is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive employee engagement survey for its full-time workforce. - Government Buyer: - City of Elgin, Human Resources Department - Scope of Work: - Design, administer, and analyze an employee engagement survey for approximately 750 full-time employees - Survey instrument and all communications must be translated into Spanish - Deliverables include survey results, dashboards, branded communication materials, and final reports - Provide post-survey action planning support, including recommendations, toolkits, templates, and optional facilitation of workshops - Offer coaching sessions for leadership and managers on communicating results and addressing employee questions (number and scope to be recommended by vendor) - Include all software, hosting, setup, and support costs for the survey platform; no specific platform is mandated - Grant the City up to 12 months of post-contract access to the survey platform for data export - Ensure all data is protected and free of personally identifiable information - Optional add-ons: focus groups, additional translation services - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to all qualified providers of employee engagement survey solutions - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Survey and communications must be available in Spanish - Vendor must recommend alternative survey administration methods to improve accessibility - Consultant may work remotely but should be available for in-person presentations if requested - No specific compliance certifications or data hosting location requirements, but data security is required - Contract is for a single survey cycle; future cycles will be separately procured
