The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct the rehabilitation of Storm Water Management Detention Facility Structures BC26, BC38, and BC124 located at separate locations throughout Loudoun County. The project involves working with structures that generally consist of Corrugated Metal Pipes (CMP) with concrete control structures and manholes equipped with ladders for access. An optional virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 13, 2026, to clarify any questions regarding the plans and specifications. The bid submission deadline is September 9, 2026.
