Description

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is soliciting quotes for Information Technology Services to develop an expanded and integrated Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Dashboard. The solution will utilize the existing Microsoft 365 environment and Microsoft Planner Pro to track project metrics, improve visibility, and enable consistent reporting across all projects. The dashboard will support financial tracking, resource assignment, schedule indicators, risk/issue identification, and provide executive-level dashboards for monitoring project health and portfolio performance.
