This opportunity seeks to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for hotel lodging and related services supporting government activities throughout Puerto Rico. - Government Buyer: - Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Buchanan - KO Directorate of Contracting - Scope of Services: - Hotel lodging for government personnel and activities - Buffet meal services provided by hotels - Conference room rental and related equipment - Parking services associated with lodging and events - Geographic Coverage: - Four regions in Puerto Rico: San Juan/Carolina/Bayamon/Fort Buchanan; Ceiba/Fajardo/Rio Grande/Luquillo; Ponce; Aguadilla/Mayaguez - Eligibility and Requirements: - Open to both large and small business hotels located in Puerto Rico - Vendors must be certified under NAICS 721110 (Hotels and Motels) with a size standard of $40,000,000 - No third-party providers permitted; only direct hotel providers will be considered - No specific OEMs or named vendors are identified in the solicitation - Notable: The procurement is unrestricted but limited to certified hotels in Puerto Rico; services must be provided directly by the hotel property

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Buchanan is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for issuance of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Hotel Lodging, Buffet Meals, Conference Rooms, Conference Rooms related equipment and Parking throughout Puerto Rico. Each BPA ordering period begins 11 September 2026 through 10 September 2031. This acquisition is issued as “Unrestricted” restricted to Hotels in Puerto Rico only. No third parties will be honored. Large and Small Business Hotels in Puerto Rico are able to participate. Certified Vendors under NAICS 721110 with a Size Standard of $40,000,000 Million.
