The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking small business contractors to provide comprehensive service and maintenance for nitrogen generator systems at two research facilities in Washington and Oregon. - Government Buyer: - USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Acquisition and Property Division, ARS-1232SA - Locations: Tree Fruit Research Laboratory (Wenatchee, WA) and Mid-Columbia Experiment Station (Hood River, OR) - OEMs and Vendors: - Shifletts (membrane nitrogen generators) - Kaeser (SM 7.5 compressors) - Products/Services Requested: - Monthly onsite maintenance and monitoring of Shifletts membrane nitrogen generators and Kaeser SM 7.5 compressors - Consumable replacement and repair services using OEM parts - Immediate onsite response within 24 hours for breakdowns - Contractor personnel must be trained and equipped for these specific systems - Quantities and Line Items: - Annual maintenance contracts for each location, with one contract per year per site (base year plus three option years) - Immediate services and repair costs to be funded as needed, based on pre-established pricing - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Use of OEM parts is mandatory for all repairs and maintenance - 24-hour onsite response required for system breakdowns - Firm-fixed pricing includes all costs, fees, and travel - Total small business set-aside under NAICS 811310

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1093 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Nitrogen Generator Service and Maintenance 

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 811310  The small business size standard is $12.5m.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
