The National Institute on Aging's Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Immunology is seeking small business sources for specialized immunology reagents: - Government Buyer: - National Institute on Aging, Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Immunology - OEM Highlight: - dCODE Dextramer® reagents (manufactured by Immudex) - Products/Services Requested: - Multiple dCODE Dextramer (10x) Gold reagents, each with HLA-A*0201 and a unique peptide sequence - Each reagent includes a PE fluorochrome and a unique DNA barcode for high-throughput T-cell detection - Approximately 60 unique dCODE Dextramer (10x) Gold reagents, each in a quantity of 1 - Notable Requirements: - Reagents must enable detection of antigen-specific T cells via next-generation sequencing (NGS) or single-cell multi-omics - High-avidity T-cell receptor binding and compatibility with high-throughput screening are required - Each reagent is specified by a unique peptide sequence paired with HLA-A*0201 - No services or recurring subscriptions are requested; this is a one-time reagent procurement
