The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center Wilmington at 1601 Kirkwood Hwy Wilmington, DE 19805 has a requirement for Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for the Medical Lasers in use at the facility The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code being considered for this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, (PSC) is J065 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND:

The Wilmington VAMC wishes to procure a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement for the Medical Lasers in use at the facility.

OBJECTIVE:

The Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center, (460) Wilmington, Delaware, hereby referred to as the VAMC Wilmington (460), is seeking to purchase this service agreement for the following: 1 PM Lumenis Sharplan 30C #41033 2 PM Lumenis Versapulse Select #1884311507 3 PM Lumenis Verapulse Poweresuite 006-11 (twice a year) 4 PM Oculight GLX #GL15174C30 5 PM Lumenis Selecta II #001-51184 6 PM Lumenis Pulse 120H #432 (twice a year) 7 PM Iridex IQ532 #IQG1344C 8 PM IridexCyclo G6 #IQ192110C 9 PM Ellex Tango #TG4645 10 Iridex IQ532 #AE6000458

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS:

The Contractor/ Vendor must complete the following tasks to meet the needs of this acquisition:

Perform Preventive Maintenance Service on the 10 Lasers listed above

Shall comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations. (Please refer to Records Management Language for Contracts)

Coordinating service with Biomedical Engineering and check-in at arrival and departure.
