Evaluation Criteria The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability: Quotes must demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed the salient characteristics of the items listed in the schedule (Brand Name or Equal). If quoting an "equal" product, the vendor must provide sufficient technical documentation for the Government to determine acceptability. Price: The Government will evaluate the total firm-fixed-price for reasonableness.
