This solicitation is for the surface preparation and rust removal, repainting of the Stair Tower, removal and replacement of stair treads, and other ancillary work at the existing water slide at the Buffalo Road Aquatic Center, located at 5908 Buffaloe Road, Raleigh, NC 27616, a City of Raleigh public park. The project scope is detailed in the Technical Specifications within the Project Manual. Bids are to be submitted according to the instructions outlined in the attachments, and electronic bids are not permitted.
