This is a Request for Proposal issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, for Auditorium, Stadium, Field Seating, Bleachers, and Installation Services. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allowing TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members nationwide to procure these services during the contract period.
