Description
This is a Request for Proposal issued by The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a department of Texas Region 8 Education Service Center, for Auditorium, Stadium, Field Seating, Bleachers, and Installation Services. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract allowing TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit members nationwide to procure these services during the contract period. The solicitation is divided into two parts: Part 1 covers non-construction/non-public work services such as maintenance and minor repairs, while Part 2 is a Job Order Contract (JOC) for public work construction projects.
