The City of Haltom City is seeking sealed qualifications for a contract to provide Employer Funded Life & AD&D, Voluntary Life & AD&D, and Long-Term Disability insurance benefits. Qualifications must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on August 13, 2026, and must follow the instructions in the RFQ packet available from Holmes Murphy. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by August 4, 2026, with any addenda posted on the City's website. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive formalities as deemed in its best interest.
